We are a team of applied scientists with experience in both industry and academia. In 2012 we founded Pattern Explorations in order to fulfill a steady growth of requests from various (small and large) companies for providing applied predictive models to many different industries. We participated in the Netflix Prize competition practically since its launch. As a standalone team (with the name "Feeds2" then) we ended up in the 9-th place on the Netflix prize leadeboard (3rd autonomous team) and we were also a member of "The Ensemble" - the runner up team for the prize.
